By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms of Service for the Donorarc Annual Fund Cohort:

1. Payment & Refund Policy

Participation in the cohort requires payment in full at the time of registration. All payments are nonrefundable, regardless of attendance, participation level, or outcome. Because space is limited and materials are prepared in advance, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued.

2. Participation Expectations

This cohort is designed to equip you with the Donorarc model and the tools needed to strengthen your annual fund. Your results will reflect your commitment to implementing the model. It is your responsibility to:

• Attend all scheduled sessions (live or via recording when available).

• Complete all assignments, homework, and preparation between sessions.

• Apply the principles and strategies as directed within the Donorarc framework.

The cohort provides training, guidance, and support, but your success depends on your willingness to engage fully and follow the process.

3. No Guaranteed Results

While the Donorarc model has a proven track record and has helped many organizations improve donor relationships and grow their annual funds, individual outcomes vary. Results depend entirely on your consistency, implementation, and organizational context. No specific financial results or performance outcomes are guaranteed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided throughout the cohort—including slides, workbooks, handouts, recordings, and exercises—is the intellectual property of Mitzie Schafer Consulting/Donorarc and is for your personal or organizational use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or sharing outside your organization without written permission is not permitted.

5. Conduct & Engagement

Participants are expected to contribute to a positive, respectful learning environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or misuse of cohort materials may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Agreement

By registering, you affirm that:

• You are authorized to participate on behalf of your organization (if applicable).

• You understand and agree to all terms outlined in this document.

• You accept responsibility for your participation, contribution, and implementation of the Donorarc model.
